The general purpose of the Customer Services Center is to enable HAAD to better manage its customer’s needs through the reliable system, processes and procedures. CSC is a centralized office used for the purpose of receiving and transmitting a large volume of requests by telephone, email or written/fax or through the direct communication with the walk-in customers.
Our focus is on improving communications, being courteous and friendly, and showing sensitivity to our customers’ needs. CSC is often operated with work stations that include a computer, a telephone set/headset connected to a telecom switch, and one supervisor station.
To be effective, the Customer Services Center process needs to:
- Create a customer based culture
- Develop an end to end process to serve customer
- Recommend what question to ask to help a customer solve a problem
- Recommend what to tell a customer with a complaint
- Tracking system
