Medical Board Committee Reports Fees

Attestation of Sick Leave costs AED 50 / and the patient shall pay AED 50/ for each intermittent Period of sick leave.
Attestation of Medical Report costs AED 100/.

The following cases are exempted from fees:-

1. Students of private and governmental schools.
2. The UAE nationals who live in the following remote district.
- Western Region.
- Al Wagan – Al Qoua – Swehan – Al Faqa
- Al Showeb ( Eastern Region ).
3. Medical Reports requested by courts and police.
4. Prisoners.
5. Road traffic accidents medical reports.
6. Patients with one of the chronic diseases which were acknowledged by the Health Authority Abu Dhabi
