Health Professionals Licence Transfer to Another Facility

Through this service, doctors, nurses, health technicians, pharmacists and their assistants can request for a licence transfer from the facility they are licensed on to another facility by mutual agreement.

Please follow the steps below:

- Pay the required fees.
- Receive the licence and the transfer letter via courier.

| Stamp and signature from both current and new facility on the application form, or approval of both facilities on the transfer of licence, or cancellation of residence visa (place of issue must be from the Emirate of Abu Dhabi), or cancellation of labour card (place of issue must be from the Ministry of Labour in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi), or evidence of not issuing labour card within a period of 2 months from the date of licence, or approval of resignation letter by the authorised signatory, or court decision in favour of the health professional to cancel his/her licence |
