Abu Dhabi – April 05, 2017: The Health Authority – Abu Dhabi (HAAD), the regulator of the healthcare sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, has launched a new social media campaign to encourage UAE youth — particularly those aged 16-18 — to pursue medical specializations and join the nation’s growing healthcare sector workforce. These latest efforts are a reflection of HAAD’s commitment to encourage more Emirati high school students to specialize in medical disciplines, with the goal of inspiring them to take an active role in the development of a sustainable healthcare sector.

Abu Dhabi – March 29, 2017: The Health Authority – Abu Dhabi (HAAD), the regulator of the healthcare sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, has announced the launch of the inaugural Abu Dhabi Healthcare Innovation Award (ADHIA). The awards initiative has been designed with the goal of creating a sustainable platform to encourage continuous innovation in the healthcare sector and encourage the development of a comprehensive state-of-the-art healthcare research network covering private and public entities across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
